| Pro-Active M & E Maintenance
Ltd. is a busy heating and ventilating maintenance company. Owner,
Steve Keene reached the point in his business growth where his paperwork
and accounts got the better of him. He had outgrown his manual systems
and needed help implementing computerised records- simple enough
for easy use. Steve hired Sue from Sharp Business Solutions to help upgrade his manual systems to SAGE computerised accounts. Sue also set up systems to produce quarterly management accounts, to reconcile Bank Accounts and VAT and complete the Returns. Sue provided Steve with the operator training which enabled him to speed up his invoice process and improve cash-flow. |
To further enhance the computerised
system, Sue introduced new filing systems for the paperwork trail
which gave Steve the tools to be able to keep a track on his workload
in an orderly fashion. At the end of Pro-Active’s financial year, Sue’s expertise was used for the Year End Process. This meant Steve needed to take just one disc and a few files to his accountant for completion of his tax return and save considerably on his accountancy costs! Pro-Active still engage Sharp Business Solutions every six weeks or so to keep the accounts records up to date. This enables Steve to focus on his business with peace of mind. He knows that if he has any queries in the interim Sue is only a phone call away to help with any problems. |
